Randy started his career in research in 1986 when he was a lab technician then a QA auditor for Hazleton Laboratories; in 1989 he moved from FDA to EPA GLPs when he became a consultant with Quality Associates Inc. In 1995 he started his own consulting business, Compliance Assessment, where he established and ran GLP/QA programs for several major industry task forces, as well as supporting small CRO QA needs. In 2009, Randy became the QA Manager for Eurofins Agroscience Services, Inc., overseeing a QAU of 6 QA professional auditors that covered 6 research facilities across the US for 6 years. In 2015 he returned to consulting with his business partner (and wife), Angela, starting IntegriQual. The goal is to provide EPA, FDA, and OECD GLP support and training to their global clients  Randy's experience has covered US and international regulations, with experience in: toxicology, field residue, & bioanalytical research, risk assessment and modeling, worker exposure, animal health (FDA & EPA), analytical chemistry, environmental fate & metabolism, clinical research, genomic testing, and ecotoxicology. He has inspected countless contract research organizations and analytical laboratories in the US, The Americas, Australia, and Europe. He is a graduate of the University of Maryland and frequent trainer & speaker at the NAICC annual meeting. He and Angela live in Lexington, KY.
